Dynamic PPF Warranty

Limited Warranty Guidelines
DYNAMIC PPF must be installed by an Authorized INOZETEK DYNAMIC PPF Installer to be valid for warranty. INOZETEK INC warrants DYNAMIC PPF to be free of manufacturer defects, bubbling, cracking, peeling, delamination and discoloration for 10 years from date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, improper use, or any other aforementioned exclusions listed below. This warranty is non-transferable, and is only valid to the original purchaser. In order for a product to be eligible for warranty, a valid warranty card must be filled out by the original installation facility and submitted to INOZETEK INC within 30 days of the installation date.
Obligations
INOZETEK INC will provide replacement material for the specified amount of product deemed defective in accordance with the warranty policy. If replacement material is not sufficient in satisfying the claim, Inozetek Inc, at its sole discretion, will determine if credit shall be issued.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is void if INOZETEK Dynamic PPF is installed by a non-authorized installation facility and does not cover workmanship or installation errors. Warranty may become void due to improper aftercare, lack of cleaning, use of non-approved cleaning agents/products, and/or misuse of product. Dynamic PPF is warranted on OEM clear-coat surfaces only. Installation on non-approved substrates, repainted surfaces, primer, polyurethane, and vinyl are automatically void of warranty. INOZETEK INC assumes no responsibility in repainting of surfaces for any reason. Installation on non-painted surfaces including but not limited to carbon fiber, chrome, headlights, or taillights are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, severe weather events, or any act of god. This warranty may not be modified or extended by any installation facility/dealer.
Filing A Claim
INOZETEK INC Dynamic PPF is warranted globally in accordance with the information listed in this document. If a product defect occurs, it is the responsibility of the installer to submit a warranty request to INOZETEK within 30 days of the occurrence along with the original invoice, and photos to support the claim. All decisions regarding the presence of a valid defect as listed in this document will be determined by INOZETEK INC.
