Limited Warranty Guidelines

INOSHIELD Windshield Protection Film is backed by a one (1) year limited warranty beginning from the date of installation. This warranty applies only when the product has been properly installed and registered according to the guidelines below.

What This Warranty Covers

During the one-year warranty period, INOSHIELD covers defects in the film material that result in:

• Yellowing

• Fading

• Cracking

These issues must occur under normal driving conditions and proper installation practices.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Inozetek may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected film material at no additional material cost.

Vehicle Registration Requirement

To activate warranty coverage, the vehicle must be registered after installation.

• Registration may be completed by the installing shop or the vehicle owner

• Vehicle registration must be submitted through the official Inozetek warranty portal: https://www.inozetek.com/warranty

Warranty Claim Process

All warranty claims must be submitted by the installing shop.

To file a warranty claim:

1. Visit https://www.inozetek.com/warranty

2. Provide proof of installation and vehicle registration

3. Submit clear photos and a description of the issue

4. Allow time for inspection and review by Inozetek

If the claim is approved, Inozetek will coordinate material replacement or repair in accordance with this warranty.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by rock chips, impacts, cracks, collisions, hail, or road debris

• Improper installation or installation not performed according to recommended guidelines

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper care, cleaning methods, or lack of aftercare

• Use of abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or improper washing techniques

• Damage caused by worn or damaged windshield wipers

• Environmental or external factors beyond normal driving conditions

• Issues related to unauthorized removal or reinstallation

• Labor costs, unless otherwise specified by the installer

Aftercare-related issues are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Limitations

• This warranty applies only to the original installation and is non-transferable

• Warranty coverage applies only to the film material, not the windshield itself

• Inozetek reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim

• Replacement material may be the same product or a comparable alternative at Inozetek’s discretion

Recommended Care to Maintain Warranty Eligibility

To help preserve product performance and warranty validity:

• Avoid washing the windshield or exposing it to moisture for at least 48 hours after installation

• Use pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaning products

• Avoid aggressive scrubbing, abrasive tools, or high-pressure washing near film edges

• Maintain windshield wipers in good condition to prevent surface abrasion

Important Notice

INOSHIELD Windshield Protection Film is designed to help protect against everyday wear but does not make the windshield unbreakable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external impacts or misuse.
