Limited Warranty Guidelines

INOZETEK INC (The “Company”) warrants that RELZON IR Window Film (The “Product(s)”) is free from manufacturing defects such as fading, cracking, bubbling, adhesive failure, and delamination. The Product warranty also provides coverage against extreme or unusual change of color during the warranty period. This Limited Warranty is applicable to The Company’s Products only if installed in a manner recommended by The Company at an authorized installation facility, and is valid for the life of the vehicle. This Limited Warranty is provided to (1) Authorized Installation facility who purchased The Product from INOZETEK INC (2) Registered owner of the vehicle at the time The Product was installed. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original owner of the vehicle at the time of installation.

Obligation

The Company will provide replacement material for the specified amount of product deemed defective in accordance with the warranty policy. If replacement material is not sufficient in satisfying the claim, The Company, at its sole discretion, will determine if credit shall be issued.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid from the date The Product is installed and will remain in effect for the entire duration that the registered owner of the vehicle owns the vehicle. Warranty coverage terminates upon resale of the vehicle to another person(s).

Disclaimer

This Warranty is only valid if The Company’s Products are installed and maintained in accordance to the manner recommended by The Company. This Limited Warranty will become void, and The Company hereby disclaims all liability if any of the following occur:

• Application at non-authorized installation facility;

• Improper aftercare and maintenance techniques, use of harsh cleaner and solvents, damage to tinted surface by automatic car washes or incorrect wash tools ;

• Improper use and/or abuse, improper storage, mishandling of Product;

• Glass breakage, scratches, scuffs, chips, or any damages that occur while Product is in the customers possession not resulting from a manufacturing defect;

• Product installed on non-automotive applications;

• Product installed with known visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation;

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE BY THE COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS. THE COMPANY CANNOT AND DOES NOT MAKE ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PRODUCTS SOLD BY COMPANY ARE SOLD ONLY TO THE SPECIFICATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH BY COMPANY IN WRITING. OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY’S SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS, OR AT THE OPTION OF THE COMPANY, RETURN OF THE PRODUCT AND A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK WHATSOEVER AS TO THE RESULT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED, WHETHER USED SINGULARLY OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR SUBSTANCES.

Limitation of Liability

NO CLAIM BY THE BUYER/OWNER OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR INDEMNIFICATION, SHALL BE GREATER IN AMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS IN RESPECT TO WHICH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO BUYER/OWNER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, STATUTORY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF REVENUES, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGE TO GOOD WILL OR REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR SUCH DAMAGES COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEN, IN CONNECTION WITH, ARISING OUT OF, OR AS A RESULT OF, THE SALE, DELIVERY, SERVICING, USE OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD HEREUNDER, OR FOR ANY LIABILITY OF BUYER TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITH RESPECT THERETO.

Filing A Claim

RELZON IR Window Film is warranted globally in accordance with the information listed in this document. If a product defect occurs, the original authorized Company installer must be notified, in writing, and a copy of the original invoice must be submitted along with a completed warranty card and photos highlighting the nature of the defect . All decisions regarding the presence of a valid defect as listed in this document will be determined by INOZETEK INC.
