InoSure™ is INOZETEK’s exclusive protection program for certified Shield Network Dealers, delivering coverage beyond a standard film warranty. If a customer’s INOclear, INOclear+, or INOmatte PPF is damaged within 2 years of installation, dealers can claim up to 10 feet of free replacement material toward a future order.
This added protection gives installers and vehicle owners confidence, ensuring every INOZETEK paint protection film installation is backed by reliable support and long-term peace of mind.
What’s Covered
InoSure™ provides up to 10 feet of replacement credit for any qualifying damage that occurs within two years of installation. This coverage includes issues such as:
Deep scratches
Tears or punctures
Stone chips that penetrate the film
Who's Eligible
Only authorized Shield Network Dealers are eligible to submit claims through InoSure™. Coverage is valid only when the installation has been properly registered, meets program requirements, and complies with all stated guidelines.
The vehicle’s installation is registered within 30 days of film application
The registration is completed through the official INOZETEK warranty system on our website
The film used is one of the following: INOclear, INOclear+, or INOmatte
Registration Process
To activate InoSure™, the dealer or customer must register the installation on our website within 30 days of completion. The registration must include all required details listed below.
Vehicle make/model/year
Roll serial number or batch number
Customer & dealer name and contact info
Install date & order number
Claim Process
If damage occurs, the dealer must submit a claim through the INOZETEK dealer portal. The claim must include the following information:
Photos of the damaged area (with measurement reference)
Proof that damage is over 1 inch in size
Original registration ID from warranty system
Photos showing vehicle before and after installation (if available)
Upon approval, the dealer receives up to 10 ft of film credit toward their next PPF purchase
Fraud Prevention & Terms
To ensure fairness and maintain program integrity, the following rules and conditions apply:
One claim per registered vehicle
Must submit clear photo documentation of damage and installation
Claims made without valid registration or proper documentation will be denied
Any attempt to manipulate or falsify claims will result in removal from the Shield Network and permanent disqualification from InoSure™
Film must be installed on customer-owned vehicles, not dealer demos or test panels
